ANDREW STEVENSON

A fourth generation farmer in his "spare" time, Andrew is a carpenter to the core.  He dreams of sanding, and fantasizes about such things as "hand jointery?"  His wife often mistakenly accuses him of snoring, which is in fact a phenomenon known as "dream planing."  Who knew?

Oh, and Andrew is also a Fundraiser and Grant Writer for the awesome Iron Oak Barn in Pendleton SC.  You might say he's a busy feller.

JORDAN BANNISTER

See above for the "dang that was a big rock we just moved" face.  Coming to us from Georgia, by way of Maine, with a few stops in between, is Jordan.  With some serious Anthropology chops and impressive museum experience, Jordan is a force of preservation.  Jordan splits her time between running the Pendleton Historic Foundation, being an Educator and Event Coordinator for The Agricultural Museum of SC and Lake Hartwell Country respectively, and  stackin' rocks, haulin' wood, and being one of the best "cut men" in the business for preSERVE.

Jordan  loves bringing history to life and is a true educator at heart.

LES McCALL

An old cabin junkie...nuff said?   Les is an Oconee man who refuses to move "down the mountain" and hopes to slowly evolve ever more into Jeremiah Johnson-esque  "Mountain Mandom".  That is the official name of the condition.  In other words, he has a beard and hangs around old lumber a lot.

The Director of Lake Hartwell Country, the Agricultural Museum of SC and preSERVE Blue Wall, Les started his preservation career in Cades Cove and wound up taking down and rebuilding old buildings at surprising regularity from there.  His main goal is for his children to know the same incredible Appalachian culture that he did growing up.
